Learning and Doing Things the Right Way

As a people person, Mike enjoys engaging with everyone, so he quickly realized that accounting wasn’t the best fit for his outgoing personality. He then joined his brother in the construction field after his brother also settled in Arizona.


Having learned the “right” techniques in landscape construction, he decided to explore sales, where he discovered his true passion. He loves conversing with clients, whether about their landscaping projects or life in general.


After gaining experience in both construction and sales, Mike felt ready to launch his own company. Starting a landscape construction and design business in the Phoenix area in 2005 was a promising venture, but when 2008 rolled around, many business owners struggled to survive. Thanks to his commitment to exceptional customer service and sharp business sense, Mike thrived during a period when many others had to shut down. He also chose to focus exclusively on residential landscaping projects, emphasizing daily communication with clients.

Committed to Landscape Excellence

For the past 19 years, Mike has intentionally kept his company small to preserve a personal connection with each client, which is essential to the success of his business. This approach contrasts with many companies where you only interact with a sales representative once and never see them again.


He also learned early on the importance of completing projects promptly and focusing on one project per crew at a time. This ensures that once they start your project, it will be finished before the crew moves on to their next job. Mike and his team get the job done right the first time, resulting in minimal warranty work. If any issues arise post-completion, they can typically address them within 24-48 hours, or even the same day in case of an emergency.


Mike and his team take great pride in their work, understanding that the only way to earn your business or referrals is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the outcome of your front or backyard landscaping project.
